Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Runs 20 October – 20 November 2015

Every year we invite our customers to take part in our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to find out how they think we are doing in delivering savings and offering a great service. Our goal is to be your supplier and partner of choice and to bring real value to your organisation but in order to reach this goal we need your feedback.

Once again, this year’s survey is again endorsed by Sir Ian Carruthers (on behalf of the Customer Board) and being conducted jointly with NHS Business Services Authority. Together we have commissioned DJS Research as an independent research agency to carry this out.

The survey is sent out by email from DJS Research and should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. All surveys are returned directly to DJS Research and so your feedback is completely confidential, abiding by the Code of Conduct of the Market Research Society.

The survey launches on Tuesday 20 October and closes on Friday 20 November.

Please look out for the survey invitation from DJS Research. For each completed survey we will donate £1 to Rainbows hospice for children and young people, as a token of our appreciation.

Rainbows Hospice for children and young people is a purpose built Hospice in Loughborough, Leicestershire serving life-threatened and life-limited children, young people and their families from across the East Midlands. Just like everyone else, their children need a place to play, laugh and love life; a place where families are cared for and supported.
