Capital Savings and Improvement Workshops

Are you interested in hearing how you can drive savings through collaboration? Would you like to share insights with likeminded individuals and contribute towards improving our processes and initiatives?

Our Capital Savings and Improvement Workshops, taking place regionally throughout November, will not only provide a forum for you to feedback on your overall engagement with us, it will also allow you to share your thoughts on our savings initiatives enabling us to make continuous improvements.

The agenda for the upcoming workshops has been created with you, our customer, in mind. We have utilised feedback provided at our last round of workshops, delivered in June this year, to revise our processes and would like the opportunity to update you on the changes that have been implemented as a result.

Key topics to feature are:

Multi Trust Aggregation (MTA) Process:

  • Insights sharing to support the continuous development of the MTA process
  • To demonstrate growth of MTA and the savings delivered to date
  • To share the developments that have been made to the MTA calendar based on workshop feedback
  • To provide timescales for the launch of the calendar

Financing:

  • Overview of current leasing framework and discussion on potential flexible finance initiatives to mitigate Capital constraints and ensure cost effective use of budgets. 

Maintenance:

  • Overview of maintenance processes
  • Benefits of Point of Sale Maintenance service

  • ‘You said, we did’ – action undertaken as a result of the feedback from previous workshops
  • Feedback on Capital website journey
