On-time renewals increase

Friday 24 April 2015

We estimate that around 55% of Capital Maintenance contracts have renewed on time; an improvement of 7% compared to 2014.

However, there are still contracts that required renewal by 1 April. These have now expired, resulting in equipment being out of cover with associated risks to the trusts. If you think you have an existing Maintenance Contract that ended on 31 March, contact us today with your Purchase Order (PO) as a matter of urgency and our team can help.

Your dedicated point of contact will be trying to work with you to ensure your equipment is covered as soon as possible, simplifying the process and working with our suppliers to ensure this is a seamless; avoiding any unplanned expenses.

Without your order in place, on-time renewals incentives offered by some suppliers will no longer apply, and the opportunity to make further savings has now been missed.

Please work with us to place orders as quickly as possible. If you are unsure if you have relevant contracts, for new Maintenance cover or for more information, please get in touch.
