Improving the customer experience on our website through a planned journey of change

We are pleased to say that we are beginning a journey of change for our website.

In the short-term you will start to see incremental changes, with small improvements to the look and feel of the website. There are really helpful changes planned for the menu too, to help you find things more easily.

As a longer-term project, we are looking to improve the overall findablity of content. We are looking at ways to simplify information and present content in a more consistent way, where information is easier for you to search, find and work with.
