Two New Tools to Enhance your Experience of our Ordering Systems

We are pleased to inform you that we have added two new tools to the Online Catalogue and Ordering system. Tip of the Week and Remote log in support will enhance your experience of using our Online e-Commerce systems by offering more visible help and advice.

Tip of the Week

Tip of the Week has been introduced on the alerts and messages section of our Online e-Commerce systems. Each week we will be adding a new ‘tip of the week’. The tips posted will help you save time when using our systems by demonstrating different ways to use the system and highlighting features you may previously been unaware of. If you have any further questions or have any suggestions for tips you would like to see, please email CShelpdesk@supplychain.nhs.uk.

Remote log in Support

We have been looking at ways of speeding up our response times to IT queries so we will soon be launching a ‘remote access’ software which will enable us to see what you are seeing on your screen.

How does it work? Once you have given permission, our customer service advisor will access your screen and they will be able to go through your query with you step by step. This will speed up the time taken to understand the issue you are experiencing but also help our team demonstrate how to use the system to its best effects. The software is not intrusive and the applet which allows the remote support to be conducted will be automatically removed from your computer when you end your call to us. We are looking forward to using remote log in support to provide you with quicker, more in-depth responses to your queries.
