Update to TR Reports

Tuesday 5 August 2014

In response to customer feedback, as of week commencing 18 August 2014, you will be able to access our new and improved TR report suite.

Benefits of new reports include:

  • Easier selection of DOH code for report generation
  • Improved PDF outputs
  • The ability to manipulate information from excel downloads.

We have also added two new TR reports to help you manage your trust’s account.

The Masked Product Report (TR31) has been developed as an additional tool to support the management of purchasing within your trust as this will allow you to see all masked products, at requisition point level that have been ordered by your trust over a defined period.

Active web site users reports (TR32) will show all active users with website access to that DOH code and will support the Trust Administrators in their role of ensuring only valid users have access to the information held against a specific DOH code.

Customers have also requested additional information to be included in some of the existing TR reports and we have incorporated some of these suggestions in this update:

  • TR13 – New products reports that now include any new regional products. Automated delivery charges have also been removed to provide like-for-like information in one place.
  • TR22 - (Search by transaction) report where the name of the authoriser has been included.
  • TR12 - (Requisition point analysis) layout in the product section which now provides better consistency of information.

To ensure you benefit from the improved reporting suite, we are running webex training sessions to go through the suite as a whole, including the changes included in this update. If you would like to attend one of these training sessions please register your interest.
