  • The heavy snow, high winds and icy roads affecting much of the United Kingdom are now starting to affect our Blue Diamond and eDirect suppliers.

Impact

  • Suppliers are advising us late or deferred deliveries and in some instances early closure of their own premises.

Next Steps

  • We are collating all the information as it is made available to us, and we will share with customers as soon as practical. However please be aware that the situation is prone to change due to the unpredictable nature of the weather.
  • To minimise any disruption we will accept all late deliveries and endeavour to forward to our customers as soon as possible.
  • Please bear with us during this period and should you have concerns about an urgently required Blue Diamond / eDirect order then please contact your Customer Service Advisor with full details.
