Customer Services Telephone Lines Fault
We have been advised that this issue was resolved on Friday afternoon.
We are still experiencing technical issues with our Customer Services and HDS Customer Service telephone system.
Issue: The BT cloud Mic is not picking up audio from NHS Supply Chain Customer Service and HDS Customer Service teams.
Impact: This is preventing NHS Supply Chain call handlers from making or receiving calls.
Action: Our IT team has escalated the issue to BT.
Reaching a resolution remains a top priority and further updates will be provided here.
We are aware that when calling us, customers are unable to hear our Customer Service teams and Home Delivery Service (HDS) Customer Service teams.
