18/04 15:03Home Delivery Service - General Service Update. Daily Operational service is back on track with own home patient volumes. We are currently processing Easter cover volume and the top up order volume for patients on 12 and 16 week cycles whose order volumes were reduced. This is expected to be complete by week commencing 6 May 2019. Care home volume is still being serviced via the core regional distribution centres. Planning is currently underway to reintegrate this volume to the HDS operation in Coventry. We would continue to encourage patients to use the self serve activation process where possible.
