Latest Orders displaying incorrectly for some customers

We are aware that Latest Orders in our online catalogue may be showing an incorrect order status for some customers. This is due to a technical issue and affects all eDirect orders and any order placed by Gorsey Point customers. All orders are progressing through our system as expected.

Our IT team is currently progressing a fix and we will provide a further update once this has been implemented.
