Online Catalogue and Ordering – Network Connectivity Issues
We are pleased to confirm that the network connectivity issues affecting our ordering systems have been resolved and all orders are now showing the correct status. Our IT Team will continue to monitor the service.
We are aware of an network connectivity issue affecting access to Online Ordering, eDC and Home Delivery Service (HDS) ordering systems and our IT team is investigating. If you have access to the systems please continue to use them as normal. You may see your orders at a status of ‘Financial Coded’ – we are aware of this and are working to resolve.
The incident has been prioritised and a further update will follow as soon as possible.
