Online Catalogue Latest Orders may not display stock lines on orders placed since yesterday
We are pleased to confirm that this issue is now resolved.
The cause of the issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented. Customers should be able to see correct information on Latest Orders screens tomorrow.
We are aware of a potential issue for customers logging in to our Online Catalogue to view their Latest Orders. In some cases, orders for stocked products that were placed yesterday and today are not displaying in the Latest Orders section. Our IT team is investigating and further updates will appear here as soon as we have them. The orders are still processing but not being updated or displayed in Latest Orders. We apologise for the inconvenience should you be affected by this issue.
