Order Status ‘Financially Coded’ and eDirect Issue
The backlog of orders completed processing by 5.30pm on Monday 23 June 2025.
Some eDirect orders may be delayed by one working day due to the processing issues on Monday.
Please contact your Customer Services Advisor if you need any support with orders that might have been impacted.

Our IT team identified the problem. A fix has been implemented and orders are now processing as expected. However, some orders may have missed the supplier’s cut-off time for next day delivery.

We are aware of potential issues with sending and receiving purchase orders to or from suppliers. This could mean that your order may appear as ‘Financially Coded’ and eDirect notifications will not be issued.
