Password Reset For Gorsey Point Customers

If you are supplied by our Gorsey Point Warehouse in the North West of England, you might need to change your password and confirm your requisition point in order to continue using our Online Catalogue and ordering service effectively.
If you would like to self-serve, please change your password by following these steps:
- Log in at https://my.supplychain.nhs.uk/catalogue using your existing password.
- Click on ‘My details’ near the top right hand corner of the screen.
- Click on the ‘Change Password’ blue button near the bottom of the screen
- Complete the form and log out, then log back in using the new password.
- Click [change] on the line displaying your requisition point and confirm the req point on the next screen.
- Click on the Confirm button.
