Potential Issue When Sending Emails to NHS Supply Chain
NHS Digital has confirmed the email issue has now been resolved.
Microsoft has deployed a fix to 95% of the affected environments. No new incidents have been reported today but our IT team will continue to monitor until we get final resolution communications from NHS Digital (expected 11am Friday 14 March 2025).
NHS mail has confirmed the issue is due to a known fault within its system and is working on a fix. We will provide a further update as soon as we have it.
Customers have reported to us that their email messages to us are ‘bouncing back’ as undeliverable. Our IT team is investigating as a priority and we will provide an update as soon as we have it.
