Potential Issue with EDI Emailed Orders
All affected customers have been contacted and orders have been processed. We will continue to monitor the system.
We were alerted to an issue related to the processing of EDI orders placed via email after 4.30pm on Wednesday 28 May 2025.
Our IT team has successfully processed the orders, however these will default to your next delivery date.
If you are an affected customer, you’ll be contacted by your Customer Services Advisor to prioritise any orders you require sooner.
Any orders placed using FTP, XML / PEPPOL are unaffected and these orders will be processed as usual.
