Technical Issues – Firewall and Connectivity

Resolved

Outages were reported this morning (Wednesday 24 September 2025) and these were identified as being Firewall-related. Services were restored by 9.05am but will continue to be monitored throughout today and the rest of this week.

We have implemented a repair and reboot of our firewall service and all tests this evening have been successful.

This morning we have been experiencing technical issues with multiple networked and internet-based services. Our IT team continues to investigate as a priority. In the meantime we have rebooted our firewall service and this should have restored connectivity. We will update this communication later today with further details. In the meantime, we apologise for the inconvenience that was caused by these issues.
