We believe that the technical issues with connectivity earlier have now been resolved.

We are experiencing technical issues with multiple networked and internet-based services. This includes our Customer Services and HDS Customer Service telephone system. TR Reports are also impacted. Our IT team is investigating as a priority.
In the meantime, we apologise for inconvenience caused and ask that you continue to try and contact us, we believe the issues are intermittent.
