Most of this evening’s changes have been completed ahead of schedule. Work is still in progress to ensure that full functionality is available.
Known issues that remain in progress include:
- On www.supplychain.nhs.uk if a user wants to log in (for example to access a Download on a page that is only available for customers when logged in) they can do, but the file they wish to access is not yet available following successful log in.
- This mainly affects ICNs and Contract Information Pages.

We will be carrying out essential maintenance on multiple services this evening, Thursday 4 September 2025. From 6pm until 10pm the following will be unavailable:
- TR Reports
- Savings Reports
- Supplier Portal
Other services may be temporarily impacted during these hours.
