Procurement Forum 2026

22 January 2026 London

The procurement forum 2026 will bring together procurement and finance leaders from across the NHS to examine how both functions can work more effectively in an increasingly complex landscape. This year’s programme will look at national priorities shaping commercial practice, revisit the Procurement Act 2023 with a focus on emerging challenges, and explore how digital developments and AI are reshaping decision-making, assurance, and value. The event will also consider how integrated system working can strengthen commercial governance and support better outcomes.

Natalie Royston, Director of Customer Engagement and Joe Wreford, Director of Supply Chain Programmes will be leading our session at “Collaborating to Modernise our National Supply Chain” at 12.30pm.

They will share updates about how our multi-year modernisation programme, investing in our supply chain and IT infrastructure, will enable us to deliver the supply chain that the NHS deserves.

System input into this work is key, and we’d like to share more on how you and your teams can input into the programme and collaborate with us on this – Working together to collectively deliver a stronger, simpler and smarter supply chain for the future.
