UKIO 2024
NHS Supply Chain were delighted to be exhibit at UKIO 2024 in Liverpool on 10-12 June 2024.
UKIO is the UK’s largest imaging and oncology event featuring cutting-edge, practice-based content and a large exhibition of the latest state-of-the-art equipment, services and technology. The theme was “Vision and values: Putting people first”.
We were delighted to welcome delegates to our stand where they were able to find out more about our services, key programmes and frameworks.

Mobile Image Intensifiers and Associated Options and Related Services
This Framework Agreement is for the supply of mobile image intensifiers, with a C-arm, mini C-arm image detector or O-arms. These provide imaging systems to help guide percutaneous interventions and surgical procedures including cardiology, orthopaedics, vascular surgery, urology and neurology. C-arm image intensifiers are used in Medical Physics and Radiology departments.

Mobile X-Ray Systems and Associated Option and Related Services
This framework is for the supply of Mobile X-Ray Systems and Associated Option and Related Services. These units are used for radiographic imaging of patients who cannot be moved to the radiology department and who are in areas, such as intensive and critical care units or operating and emergency rooms, that lack standard, fixed radiographic equipment. Medical applications can include general radiography and orthopaedic, paediatric, skeletal, and abdominal imaging. They are usually used by Surgeons and Medical Physics and Radiology professionals.
