Contract Update NRS Healthcare Aids for Daily Living Full Product Range (ICN 3052)

• The supply issue with products on the Aids for Daily Living framework following a contractual change with NRS Healthcare (Nottingham Rehab Limited) is continuing.
• 118 product codes are now affected in total.
• The products remain suspended and unavailable to order.
• Eight products from Hydrate for Health which were distributed by NRS can now be ordered directly from Hydrate for Health:
  • GTB1578, GTB1577, GTB1701, GTB1579, GTV85293, GTV85275, GTV85228 and GTV85251.

• Customers can email their order requirements directly to nhsorders@hydrateforhealth.co.uk or call 0800 292 2382.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for most of the affected products.

• The supply issue is still anticipated to be resolved by 10 October 2025.

Change:

• NRS Healthcare (Nottingham Rehab Limited) has entered liquidation.
• As NRS Healthcare no longer exists, 132 product codes listed on our Aids for Daily Living framework have been suspended or discontinued while contractual discussions take place.
• The division that supplies the products to NHS Supply Chain will be taken over by a new company. We are undertaking a full contract novation.
• The service element of NRS Healthcare has moved to local services. We do not have any service contracts in place under our framework.

Impact:          

• 126 products are currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• Six products have been discontinued from our online catalogue and are no longer available to order:
  • GTF85067, GTV85232, GTV85233, GTV85259, GTV85262 and GTV85289.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for some of the products.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 10 October 2025.
