Contract Update Stryker Spine Division Divestment (ICN 3487)

Change:

• The supplier Stryker UK Limited has informed us of a contract update with its spine division portfolio.
• There are 6,511 products affected.
• The contract update is due to divestment of Stryker UK Ltd spine division to VB Spine International UK Ltd.
• VB Spine International UK have entered a relationship with Osteotec who will become their UK distributor.

Impact:

• The affected products will no longer be available from Stryker UK Limited but will be distributed by Osteotec.
• There are no changes to product codes or prices.
• Customers ordering direct will need to order the affected products from Osteotec.
• Customers with a call-off agreement in place will receive an amended call-off contract recognising the change in supplier.
• Osteotec will be the UK distributor from 1 October 2026.
