Product Update APS Printed Stationery Multiple Products (ICN 2728)

Important Customer Notice Status Update Type Delisting

Ref: 2024/2728 ICN Number: 2728

  • The discontinuation with Printed Stationery products from APS is continuing.
  • Two affected product codes which were subject to Protect Demand Management are now available without restrictions and while stocks last, once depleted, they will be delisted from our online catalogue:
    • WGP021 and WOP105.
  • Six product codes remain available whilst stock lasts, once the stock is depleted the product codes will be delisted:
    • WHK083, WKJ300, WKJ302, WLB118, WYC720 and WYC730.
  • Two replacement product codes that were subject to Protect Demand Management to enable stock to rebuild are now available without restrictions:
    • WPH85004 and WPH85003.
  • One replacement product code remains subject to Protect Demand Management to enable stock to rebuild:
    • WPH85002.
  • Products on Protect are available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
  • Unfortunately, there are still no alternatives available for the some of the affected products until the new product codes have been set up in our online catalogue.
  • Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable in the meantime.
