Delisting APS Printed Stationery Multiple Products (ICN 2728)
Important Customer Notice Update

- The discontinuation with Printed Stationery products from APS is continuing.
- Replacement product codes for four delisted codes WKN003, WOP000, WOP100 and WOP110 are now available to order through our online catalogue.
- Please see the product listing for more information on the replacement products.
- Six product codes remain available whilst stock lasts, once the stock is depleted the product codes will be delisted:
- WHK083, WKJ300, WKJ302, WLB118, WYC720 and WYC730.
- Two product codes are subject to Protect Demand Management:
- WGP021 and WOP105.
- Three replacement product codes are subject to Protect Demand Management to enable stock to rebuild:
- WPH85004, WPH85002 and WPH85003.
- Products on Protect Demand Management are available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
- Unfortunately, there are still no alternatives available for the some of the affected products until the new product codes have been set up in our online catalogue.
- Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable in the meantime.

- Seven affected product codes are available while our remaining stocks last, they will then be delisted from our online catalogue:
- WHK083, WKJ300, WKJ302, WLB118, WOP105, WYC720 and WYC730.
- WGP021 is now subject to Protect Demand Management to enable stock to last until the transition.
- WGP021 is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
- WKN003, WOP000, WOP100 and WOP110 have been delisted from our online catalogue and are no longer available to order.
- 12 product codes remain affected in total.
- Replacement codes for WOP000, WOP100 and WOP110 are in the process of being added to our online catalogue and will be available as soon as stock is booked in (week commencing 23 December 2024). Please see the product listing for more information on the replacement codes.
- Unfortunately, there are no alternatives available for the some of the affected products until the new product codes have been set up in our online catalogue.
- Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable in the meantime.

Change:
- The supplier APS has informed us of a discontinuation with its Printed Stationary products.
- There are 12 product codes affected.
- The product is discontinuing due to the suppliers’ contract ending and the range transitioning to another supplier.
Impact:
- 10 affected product codes are available while our remaining stocks last, they will then be delisted from our online catalogue.
- WOP000, WOP105, WOP110 and WGP021 are now being threshold managed as they are subject to Protect Demand Management to enable stock to last until the transition.
- The product codes are available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
- Replacement codes are in the process of being added to our online catalogue and will be available as soon as we receive stock. We will update this ICN with further information on the new product codes.
- WKN003 and WOP100 have been delisted from our online catalogue and are no longer available to order.
- One delisted product code now has a replacement code which is shown on the product listing as the alternative:
- WKN003 – Form history sheet.
- Unfortunately, there are no alternatives available for most of the product codes until the new products codes have been set up in our online catalogue. Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable in the meantime.
