Product Update APS Printed Stationery Multiple Products (ICN 2728)

• The discontinuation with Printed Stationery from APS is now resolved.
• Direct alternative product WPH85002 is now available to order through our online catalogue.
• WHK083, WLB118, WYC720 and WYC730 remain available while our stocks last before being delisted from our online catalogue.

• The discontinuation with Printed Stationery products from APS is continuing.
• Two affected product codes which were subject to Protect Demand Management are now available without restrictions and while stocks last, once depleted, they will be delisted from our online catalogue:
  • WGP021 and WOP105.
• Six product codes remain available whilst stock lasts, once the stock is depleted the product codes will be delisted:
  • WHK083, WKJ300, WKJ302, WLB118, WYC720 and WYC730.
• Two replacement product codes that were subject to Protect Demand Management to enable stock to rebuild are now available without restrictions:
  • WPH85004 and WPH85003.
• One replacement product code remains subject to Protect Demand Management to enable stock to rebuild:
  • WPH85002.
• Products on Protect are available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
• Unfortunately, there are still no alternatives available for the some of the affected products until the new product codes have been set up in our online catalogue.

• The supplier APS has informed us of a discontinuation with its Printed Stationary products.
• There are 12 product codes affected.
• The product is discontinuing due to the suppliers’ contract ending and the range transitioning to another supplier.

Impact:

• 10 affected product codes are available while our remaining stocks last, they will then be delisted from our online catalogue.
• WOP000, WOP105, WOP110 and WGP021 are now being threshold managed as they are subject to Protect Demand Management to enable stock to last until the transition.
• The product codes are available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
• Replacement codes are in the process of being added to our online catalogue and will be available as soon as we receive stock. We will update this ICN with further information on the new product codes.
