• The supplier Becton Dickinson has informed us of a discontinuation with its BD Probetec products.
• There are four products affected:

  • HFL7349 – Specimen Collection Kit Chlamydia Gonorrhoea Female Endocervical Contains 1 sterile polyester fiber-tipped cleaning swab with a white shaft 1 sterile polyurethane foam-tipped swab with pink shaft 1 tube of Qx Swab Diluent For use with BD Probetec
  • HFL7350 – Specimen Collection Kit Chlamydia Gonorrhoea Male Urethral Contains 1x Rayon-tipped swab consists of a Stainless Steel wire Blue Plastic shaft 1x tube of Qx Swab Diluent For use with BD Probetec
  • HFL7377 – Specimen Transport Kit Urine Preservative Transport for the BD ProbeTec Qx Amplified DNA Assays.
• The products are being discontinued as the associated instrument has been withdrawn.
