Product Update Coloplast Limited Wellead Range of Self-Retaining Catheter (Foley) 2-Way Silicone (ICN 3312)

Change:

• The supplier Coloplast Limited has informed us of a discontinuation with its Wellead Range of self-retaining catheter (Foley) 2-way silicone products.
• There are seven product codes affected.
• Wellead male 2‑way catheters were introduced in 2024 as a temporary replacement during Folysil supply issues, which led to Folysil products suspension from the framework in 2025.
• Following improvements, Coloplast has restored sustainable Folysil supply, and these products have been reinstated on the framework.
• To avoid duplication, the Wellead range will be delisted from 1 May 2026, with Folysil remaining as the sole option.

Impact:          

• FSU85136 and FSU85141 are available while our remaining stock lasts before being delisted from our online catalogue.
• The remaining product codes will be delisted on 1 May 2026.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
