Change:

• The supplier GBUK Healthcare has informed us of a product update with its Prefilled Syringe Externally Sterile products.
• Six product codes are affected:
  • FWC640 – Prefilled Syringe Sterile Content 3ml 0.9% Sodium Chloride ribbon pouch.
  • FWC644 – Prefilled Syringe Externally Sterile 10ml 0.9% Sodium Chloride – NON-RETURNABLE
  • FWC635 – Prefilled Syringe Externally Sterile 5ml 0.9% Sodium Chloride – NON-RETURNABLE
  • FWC631 – Prefilled Syringe Externally Sterile 3ml 0.9% Sodium Chloride – NON-RETURNABLE
  • FWC620 – Prefilled Syringe Sterile Content 10ml 0.9% Sodium Chloride ribbon pouch
  • FWC658 – Prefilled Syringe Sterile Content 5ml 0.9% Sodium Chloride ribbon pouch.
• The product update is due to the brand name changing from Polyflush to Polymed Flush Syringe.

Impact:                                                                                              

• The brand change will be effective from 1 January 2026.
• All product codes will remain the same and there will be no changes to the products.
