Product Update Greiner Bio-One Ltd Blood Collection Tubes (ICN 3457)

Change:

• The supplier Greiner Bio-One has informed us of a discontinuation with its blood collection tube.
• There are 15 products affected.
• The supplier is discontinuing these products due to transitioning to new product codes.

Impact:

• The affected products are available to order while Greiner Bio and our stocks last (AWSL), as Greiner Bio transitions to the replacement product codes. Once the stock is depleted, the older product will be delisted, and the replacement products will become available.
• Eight products are currently suspended and unavailable to order. Once the remaining stock from Greiner Bio is delivered to NHS Supply Chain, they will become available:
  • KFK383, KFK331, KFK305, KFK223, KFK059, KFK208, KFK061 and KFK386.
• For some of the affected products, there are currently no available potential alternative products to order through our online catalogue until the replacement products become available. However, we will update the ICN once these are available.
