Important Customer Notice Status New Type Delisting

Situation Overview

• As part of our Trading Transformation Programme, we have taken the decision to remove multiple National Product Codes (NPCs) from various frameworks to streamline our product offering.
• The Trading Transformation Programme is delivering against our business plan to:
  • Create lasting value for patients
  • Seek efficient and effective solutions
  • Deliver our service promise.
• Through the programme, we aim to achieve simplified, transparent and integrated pricing for the future.
• This initiative has initially targeted products that have been listed in the catalogue for a minimum of two years, with the vast majority having been listed for more than four years, with no sales against them.
• As a result of this analysis, we have taken the decision to remove these products from our online catalogue and all catalogue feeds.
• This will now continue as a business-as-usual activity, with regular reviews of unsold products during the lifetime of individual frameworks with a view to delisting any that are no longer required by customers.
