Product Update Ontex UK Ltd Shaped Pads (ICN 3336)

Change:

• We have been informed of a pricing error on six shaped pads from Ontex UK Ltd.
• As communicated in ICN 3184, Ontex are switching over to new MPCs across their Shaped Pads product range due to a rebrand. However, the case price has been uploaded incorrectly to our online catalogue for the new product codes instead of the bag price.

• We are working with internal teams to update the correct pricing in our online catalogue, and we expect this to be completed by 28 May 2026.
• In the interim, customers can still place orders for the new products, and once the pricing error has been resolved, we will credit customers to ensure the correct pricing has been charged for any orders during the incorrect pricing period.
• Please note, new product codes CXP85293 and CFP85317 are currently unavailable to view or order in our online catalogue, this is due to remaining stock of the old products remaining in our network.
