Product Update ResMed CPAP and Bi-Level Devices (ICN 3005)

Change:

• The supplier ResMed has informed us of a discontinuation with its CPAP and Bi-Level Device products.
• There are nine product codes affected.
• The supplier is discontinuing these products due to new regulation affecting the use of Dechlorane Plus within products along with the introduction of their AS11 CPAP device.

Impact:          

• The affected products are available whilst the suppliers’ stocks last, they will then be delisted from our online catalogue.
• We anticipate all products will be delisted by 28 September 2025.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.

• Customers need to take into consideration lead time of the alternative products.
