Product Update GV Health Limited Polymer Aprons (ICN 3213)

Change:

• The supplier GV Health Limited has informed us of a product update with some of its Polymer Aprons.
• There are nine products affected:
  • BTB85002, BTB85003, BTB85004, BTB85005, BTB85006, BTB85007, BTB85008, BTB85009 and BTB85010.
• The product update is due to a manufacturing print error on the expiry dates printed on the sleeves of certain batch numbers.
• Due to the error, the expiry date is incorrectly stated as 2 years, when in fact, these batches have been verified to have a 10 year shelf life.
• This means customers holding stock from the affected batches may confidently add 8 years to the printed expiry date.
• BTB85002 is available to all customers.
• The remaining eight products are available based on the supplying depot and not available to all customers.

Impact:

• The affected batches have been in circulation since October 2024 and all stock at GV Health has been relabelled with the correct expiry date.
• We may however still have affected batches in circulation.
