Supply Issues Alliance Disposables Ltd Room Thermometer UFW457 (ICN 3405)

Change:

• The supplier Alliance Disposables Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its room thermometer.
• One product code is affected:
  • UFW457 – Thermometer for Room/Cellar – Spirit Filled – 19.5cm x 4.5cm (suitable for use in Kitchen, Warehouse or Office).
• The supply issue is due to an increase in demand.
• Due to this supply issue the product is being threshold managed subject to Protect Demand Management.

Impact:

• The affected product is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
• Unfortunately, there are no current alternatives available. Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable.
• We are currently working with Suppliers on sourcing further alternatives and updates will be made to the product listing as soon as possible.

• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 31 July 2026.
