• The supplier Becton Dickinson UK Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Extension Sets.
• One product code is affected:
  • FSB2538 – Extension set for ivac P7000 variable pressure and 770/711 and Asena cc pumps.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
• Due to this ongoing supply issue this product is now being threshold managed as it is subject to Protect Demand Management.

Impact:

• FSB2538 is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
