Supply Issues Blatchford Limited Closure for Annual Stock Take eDirect Products (ICN 3290)

Change:

• The supplier Blatchford Limited has informed us that they will be closed for their annual stock take.
• Due to this, there will be a temporary impact to the supply of eDirect products from Blatchford from Tuesday 31 March to Thursday 2 April 2026 inclusive.
• During this time no orders will be processed or despatched, orders will then be processed from Tuesday 7 April 2026.
• Stocked lines can be ordered as normal.
• There are 1400 product codes affected.

Impact:          

• For products with 5-day lead time, orders need to be placed by 3pm Tuesday 24 March 2026 to avoid the supplier closure.
• For products with a 2-day lead time, orders need to be placed by 3pm Thursday 26 March 2026 to avoid the supplier closure.
• Extended lead times will be applied to all orders placed for any impacted products during the annual stock take and Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
• Blatchford will then begin to fulfil orders placed during the closure period after the Easter Bank Holiday.
