• The supplier Boston Scientific has informed us of a supply issue with its Micro Catheters (Direxion) products.
• There are 41 product codes affected.
• The supplier has issued a Field Safety Notice recalling specific Lots due to a manufacturing issue.

• The recall has impacted supply and resulted in lead times being pushed out to 30 days to aid recovery.

 Impact:          

• All the affected product codes are currently subject to intermittent supply.
