Change:

• The supplier Boston Scientific Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its cryo needle range of products.
• There are 21 products affected.
• Boston Scientific Ltd are investing to expand manufacturing capacity to better support growing global demand in existing and new markets for their cryoablation solutions, and to strengthen long-term supply reliability.
• Due to this, these products have had their lead times temporarily extended to 30 days.

Impact:          

• 21 affected products are subject to interment supply with extended lead times of 30 days.
• Boston scientific expect supply to progressively improve over the coming months and are actively working to restore more stable availability as quickly as possible.

• The lead times are anticipated to decrease by 30 September 2026.
