Supply Issues Boston Scientific Ltd eDirect Products Migration to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System (ICN 3027)

Impact:

• The supplier Boston Scientific Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its eDirect products due to a short-term system closure.
• The supply issue is due to a migration to a new ERP platform.
• Boston will pause all customer ordering in line with the transition to their new system.
• We recommend orders to be placed prior to 2pm on 30 July 2025 where possible to enable processing for delivery within a 48-hour window.
• Orders can still be placed during the closure period, but they will be held and processed from 4 August 2025 onward when lead times will resume as normal.
• All of Boston Scientific products are affected. There are no stocked products in our online catalogue.
• Please see below inform for standard 48-hour delivery orders:
  • Orders made before 3pm on 30 July will be shipped the same day and delivered 1 August
  • Orders made after 3pm on 30 July or on 31 July and 1 August will be shipped on 4 August and delivered  6 August
  • Orders made on 4 August will be shipped on 5 August and delivered 7 August.
