• The supplier Boston Scientific Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with multiple products across various frameworks:
  • Endoscopy, Endourology and Oncology Ablation Consumables and Associated Products
  • Cardiac Rhythm Management and Accessories
  • Electrophysiology
  • Interventional Cardiology and Radiology.
• There are 137 product codes suspended and unavailable to order.
• Boston Scientific is currently addressing several issues impacting the timely supply of products across its catalogue.
• Whilst we continue to monitor the situation, products with significantly extended lead times will remain suspended.

 Impact:

• All the affected product codes are currently suspended.
• Unfortunately, there are no alternatives available. Customers are advised to view the online catalogue for products they deem suitable.
• The areas affected are:

  • Endourology: ureteral stents, urethral and nephrostomy guidewires, guide wires, urethral dilators, and scope accessories

  • Catheters (IC&IR)
  • Embolization device and agents
  • Guidewires
  • EP Catheters
  • Stents
  • Deep brain stimulation
  • Spinal cord stimulation
  • Coils.
