• The supply issue with multiple products across our Orthotic Services Immobilisation Services and Associated Products framework from Essity UK TENA HM has improved.
• Five products are now available to order through our online catalogue:
  • EAA027, EPA014, EGJ138, GQV602 and GQV603.
• Two products are no longer suspended and are now subject to intermittent supply:
  • EGJ193 and EPA019.
• Five products remain suspended and unavailable to order:
  • EPA073, GRA5348, GRA5349, GRA5350 and EGJ140.
• Seven products are now affected in total.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for the affected products. However, some of these products may also become subject to intermittent supply with the increase in demand.

• Three further products are currently suspended and unavailable to order:
  • EAA027, GQV603 and GRA5349.
• One further product is subject to intermittent supply:
  • GQV602.
• One product has now been delisted and is no longer available to order through our online catalogue:
  • EAZ071.
• Eight products remain suspended and unavailable to order:
  • EGJ138, EGJ140, EGJ193, EPA014, EPA019, EPA073, GRA5348 and GRA5349.
• 12 product codes in total are now affected.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for the affected products. However, some of these products may also become subject to intermittent supply with the increase in demand.
