- Two further products are now affected:

- FDC352 – Bag rebreathing anaesthesia latex free 0.5 litre 22mm ID female connector Non-Returnable.
- FDD162 suspended and unavailable to order.
- FDC352 is subject to intermittent supply.
- FDD3313 remains suspended and unavailable to order.
- Three products are now affected in total.
- Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue for the affected products. However, some of these products may also become subject to intermittent supply with the increase in demand.

- The supplier Flexicare Medical Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Nasal Cannula with CO2 Monitoring products.

- FDD3313 – Nasal Cannula with Co2 Monitoring Adult 2.1m tubing and filter Non-Returnable.
- The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.
