• The supplier Fresenius has informed us of a supply issue with its autotransfusion set and accessories.
• There are two product codes affected:
  • KFK949 − Intra-operative autotransfusion accessory AT3 Autotransfusion set
  • FWF85001 − Intra-operative autotransfusion accessory AT1 Kit.
• The supply issue is due to shipping delays.
