Change:

• The supplier GBUK Healthcare has informed us of a supply issue with its Hypodermic Syringe products.
• There is one product affected:
  • FWC715 – Hypodermic Syringe 10ml Luer Slip.
• The supply issue is due to increased demand and lead times.
• Due to this ongoing supply issue this product is now being threshold managed as it is subject to Protect Demand Management.

Impact:

• FWC715 is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
