Supply Issues GBUK Warehouse Closure for Annual Stock Take eDirect Products (ICN 3365)

Change:

• The supplier GBUK has advised that they will be closing temporarily to carry out their annual stock take and an ERP system update.
• The supplier is closed from 1-3 July 2026.
• As a result, there will be a temporary disruption to the supply of eDirect products from GBUK.
• Over 29,000 products will be affected, with extended lead times expected.

Impact:          

• All orders should be placed ahead of the supplier closure, considering individual product lead times.
• Extended lead times will apply to all orders scheduled for delivery from 1 July 2026.
• GBUK will begin fulfilling orders placed during the closure from the week commencing 6 July 2026.
• Stocked lines remain available to order as normal.
• Due to the volume of affected items, a product listing will not be provided.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 6 July 2026.
