- The annual stock take and ERP system update from GBUK and GS Medical Ltd is now complete.
- Orders have now started being fulfilled and lead times have returned to normal.
- This ICN is now closed.
- The supplier GS Medical Ltd who are part of the GBUK Group have advised that they will also be part of the annual stock take and warehouse software update.
- GBUK will continue to close temporarily to carry out their annual stock take and an ERP system update.
- A further 261 eDirect products from GS Medical will now have extended lead times.
- The supplier will remain to be closed from 1-3 July 2026.
- All orders should be placed ahead of the supplier closure, considering individual product lead times.
- GBUK Group will begin fulfilling orders placed during the closure from 6 July 2026.
- Stocked lines remain available to order as normal.
- Due to the volume of affected items, a product listing will not be provided.
- The supply issue is still anticipated to be resolved by 6 July 2026.
Change:
- The supplier GBUK has advised that they will be closing temporarily to carry out their annual stock take and an ERP system update.
- The supplier is closed from 1-3 July 2026.
- As a result, there will be a temporary disruption to the supply of eDirect products from GBUK.
- Over 29,000 products will be affected, with extended lead times expected.
Impact:
- All orders should be placed ahead of the supplier closure, considering individual product lead times.
- Extended lead times will apply to all orders scheduled for delivery from 1 July 2026.
- GBUK will begin fulfilling orders placed during the closure from the week commencing 6 July 2026.
- Stocked lines remain available to order as normal.
- Due to the volume of affected items, a product listing will not be provided.
- The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 6 July 2026.
