• The supplier Healthium Medtech UK Ltd has informed us that the SAP system migration has taken longer than expected.
• Due to this, there still is a temporary impact to the supply of eDirect products from Healthium Medtech UK Ltd.
• The supplier is now closed until 9 July 2026.
• There are 444 products with extended lead times.
• Healthium Medtech UK Ltd will begin to fulfil orders placed during the closure period from 10 July 2026 when they reopen.
• Stocked lines can be ordered as normal.

• The supplier Healthium Medtech UK Ltd has informed us that they are closing due to an SAP system migration.
• Due to this, there will be a temporary impact to the supply of eDirect products from Healthium Medtech UK Ltd.
• The supplier is closed from 1 July 2026 to 7 July 2026.
• There are 444 products with extended lead times.

 Impact:          

• All eDirect orders should be raised before the supplier closure depending on the products lead time.
• Extended lead times will be applied to all orders placed for delivery from 1 July 2026.
• Healthium Medtech UK Ltd will begin to fulfil orders placed during the closure period from 8 July 2026 when they reopen.
• Stocked lines can be ordered as normal.
