Change:

• The supplier ICU Medical has informed us of a supply issue with its Administration Sets.
• There is one product affected:
  • FSB2319 – Administration Set for Plum 360 76 cm Secondary set with 2 Spinning Spiros with RED cap 20 drop in-line drip chamber with 15um filter bag hanger and priming cap 3.2 mL priming volume Non DEHP PVC tubing.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:

• FSB2319 is currently suspended and unavailable to order.
• Potential indirect alternative products are available to order through our online catalogue.
• FSB1398 and FSB1278 are listed as alternatives two and three and they must be used together as a combined solution.
