Supply Issues ICU Medical eDirect Products (ICN 3364)

• ICU Medical has informed us that the distribution of eDirect products to the NHS has improved.
• ICU Medical has been making additional actions to accelerate recovery in the region including increase capacity, reduce congestion and accelerate customer deliveries.
• ICU Medical has also been exploring alternative supply and distribution routes within the ICU Medical Network inside the European Union.
• ICU Medical will continue to monitor its performance over the next 4 weeks.

• ICU Medical has issued an update regarding service levels and remediation plan.

• The primary driver of the reduced service levels currently being experienced is shipping delays caused by operational disruptions within ICU Medical’s Netherlands distribution network.
• ICU Medical has paused warehouse consolidation until 1 July 2026 to prioritise backorder recovery.
• ICU Medical’s eDirect products will continue to have an extended lead time until the end of June 2026.
• We will update the ICN as soon as we have further information.

• ICU Medical Oracle systems are now active.
• There are many eDirect orders that are transmitting to the ICU Medical Oracle system today.
• ICU Medical warehouses will resume despatching orders today.
• Customers can expect an extended lead time while ICU Medical work through the back log.
• We anticipate returning to ICU Medical standard lead time for the eDirect products by the end of June 2026.

• The critical outage with a key operating system from ICU Medical is continuing.
• Due to the outage, they are currently unable to process transactions.
• This may affect orders for products that are supplied via our eDirect route.
• ICU Medical products stocked by NHS Supply Chain are not currently affected and remain available for order and delivery.
• Orders for eDirect ICU Medical products may be affected by the outage.
• ICU Medical is expecting a recovery in the UK over this weekend, aiming to restore their normal service.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 15 June 2026.

• As a result, it is currently unable to process transactions.
• This issue may impact orders for products supplied via our eDirect route.
• ICU Medical products stocked by NHS Supply Chain are not affected and remain available for order.

• Orders for ICU Medical products supplied via eDirect may be disrupted.
• Products stocked by NHS Supply Chain continue to be available and can be ordered as normal.
