- ICU Medical have informed us they are experiencing a critical outage affecting their key operating system.
- As a result, they are currently unable to process transactions.
- This issue may impact orders for products supplied via our eDirect route.
- ICU Medical products stocked by NHS Supply Chain are not affected and remain available for order.
Impact:
- Orders for ICU Medical products supplied via eDirect may be disrupted.
- Products stocked by NHS Supply Chain continue to be available and can be ordered as normal.
Next Steps:
- ICU Medical are working to resolve the issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible.
