Supply Issues ICU Medical International Ltd Administration Set for CADD-1 CADD-PCA and CADD-PLUS Pump FVR85218 (ICN 3011)

Change:

• The supplier ICU Medical International Ltd has informed us of a supply issue with its Administration Set for CADD-1 CADD-PCA and CADD-PLUS Pump.
• One product code is affected:
  • FVR85218 – NRFit Yellow-striped administration set with bag spike FlowStop Free-Flow Protection – TOTM (non-DEHP) clamp and one-way checkvalve with male NRFit connection 312cm.
• The supply issue is due to supplier manufacturing issues.

Impact:

• Due to the ongoing supply issue, this product is subject to Protect Demand Management.
• FVR85218 is available to order through NHS Supply Chain. However, trusts are allocated a maximum daily quantity or “threshold” to ensure fair supply of available stock across the NHS.
• A potential indirect alternative product is available to order through our online catalogue.
• The supply issue is anticipated to be resolved by 4 August 2025.
