Supply Issues ICU Medical International Ltd Multiple Products Across Various Frameworks (ICN 3218)
Important Customer Notice Status New Type Supply Disruption

- The supplier ICU Medical International Ltd has informed us of a supply disruption across multiple products.
- The disruption is due to a new ordering and invoicing system being installed which requires customers to be moved over.
- A three-day shutdown has been put in place from Monday 2 February to Wednesday 4 February 2026 inclusive.
- The new system will then go live on Thursday 5 February 2026.
- NHS Supply Chain have increased relevant stocked products, so customers can continue to order as normal.
- A full listing of all the affected eDirect products will be made available in due course, however a letter has been sent to all the affected customers by ICU Medical.
- Customers need to submit orders for eDirect products by 12pm on 29 January 2026, to avoid any delays in delivery.
- Orders placed after Thursday 29 January 2026 will not be fulfilled and would need to be reordered from 5 February 2026 when the new system is live.
- We are working closely with the supplier to minimise any impact to customers
